This vinyasa-style yoga flow, Bravery, takes us on a journey to greet four acts of bravery.
1 - Listening and leading from the heart - it all begins here - the nudge, the impulse, the gut feel, that you simply can't ignore
2 - Vulnerability - thinking, speaking, acting from the heart, in the presence of self or others
3 - Going against the grain - we are instinctually tribal animals, going against the grain and standing out, can require bravery as our ancestors ability to survive often required the security and safety of the tribe.
4 - Surrendering - perhaps the hardest. The hearts call to accept things just as they are, and let go of circumstances that are no longer needed.
